The Leadership Preparation Program, also known as the Leadership Cohort, is a partnership between Fresno Unified School District (FUSD) and California State University, Fresno (CSUF) to prepare future leaders. Participants complete a 34 unit graduate level program, earn a Master’s Degree in Education and an Administrative Credential in an intensive, condensed one year program that runs from June through May. The coursework is aligned with current areas of focus within the district and is taught primarily by site and district leaders.
